The grain and chromatic aberration makes it look like a washed out print. Its like digital pulp. Heavy starch spread throughout pixels. Great composition.

Nice flow of lines. I see you carved your way into making those weighted lines. The flow of hair helps the composition. I recommend you continue to use light sketches underneath to lay out shapes and guiding lines like that because it helps the end result a lot. Good work.
